Fantasy Football News & Latest NFL Updates

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Falcons WR Drake London (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice. He's listed with a knee, rather than the previously reported hamstring. Regardless, the limited practice early in the week puts him on track to play vs. the Commanders on Sunday night. We'll keep you posted on London's status over the next few days.

Packers WR Christian Watson (knee) did not practice on Wednesday. He reportedly dodged a serious knee injury in Monday night's win over the Saints, but he's uncertain for this weekend's game vs. the Vikings. We'll update Watson's status again tomorrow.

Dolphins WR Jaylen Waddle (knee) did not practice on Wednesday. Fantasy managers should not be counting on him to play vs the Browns this weekend.

Browns TE David Njoku (knee) did not practice on Wednesday. He just got over a hamstring injury but picked up a knee injury in the Week 16 loss to the Bengals. Njoku is uncertain for this Sunday's game vs. the Dolphins. We'll keep you posted on his status.

Panthers WR Xavier Legette (hip, wrist) put in a full practice on Wednesday. He's on track to return for this weekend's game vs. the Buccaneers. The rookie checks in 45th in the Week 17 WR Rankings.

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (concussion, finger) did not practice on Wednesday. He's not a good bet to clear protocol in time for Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys. QB Kenny Pickett is the favorite to start that one, but we'll see if Hurts can get on the field tomorrow.

Colts QB Anthony Richardson (back, foot) did not practice on Wednesday. He didn't miss a snap in last week's win over the Titans, so we're tentatively expecting Richardson to be available for Sunday's game vs. the Giants. Check back tomorrow for another update on his status for that one.

Giants RB Tyrone Tracy (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. He aggravated an ankle injury in the Week 16 loss to the Falcons and seems iffy for Sunday's game vs. the Colts. We'll update Tracy's status again tomorrow. His absence would leave Devin Singletary as New York's lead back -- and a low-level fantasy option.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (toe) did not practice on Wednesday. It's a new injury for the rookie, who's battled groin and hip injuries recently. We'll see if Nabers gets back on the field tomorrow, ahead of Sunday's game vs. the Colts.

Saints WR Chris Olave (concussion) was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's practice. It looks like he's gearing up to play vs. the Raiders this weekend. Olave has been out since suffering his fifth documented concussion on November 3. If he plays on Sunday, though, he'll likely be a full-go. Unfortunately, QB Derek Carr (hand) remained out on Wednesday, so it looks like Olave would be catching passes from QB Spencer Rattler.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (groin) remained sidelined for Wednesday's practice. Fantasy managers should not be counting on him returning for this weekend's game vs. the Raiders. New Orleans deployed a three-RB committee of Kendre Miller, Jordan Mims, and Jamaal Williams with Kamara out last week. It's a backfield to try to avoid in Week 17 fantasy lineups.

Jets QB Aaron Rodgers (knee) was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's practice. He's dealing with what he called a minor MCL injury but is clearly on track to start Sunday's game vs. the Bills.

Cardinals RBs James Conner (knee) and Trey Benson (ankle) were listed as limited participants in Wednesday's practice. Both guys seemingly have a chance to play vs. the Rams on Saturday night. We'll get Arizona's final injury report on Thursday afternoon.

Broncos RB Jaleel McLaughlin (quad) was listed as a full participant on Wednesday's practice report. He's on track to return for Saturday's game vs. the Bengals. RB Audric Estime impressed with McLaughlin out last week, but it was McLaughlin who was emerging as the best fantasy bet in Denver's backfield before the quad injury. This is a tough backfield to project in Week 17, making it a situation to avoid in fantasy lineups.

Seahawks RB Ken Walker (ankle) is out for Thursday night's game against the Bears. He didn't practice all week, so consider him uncertain for Week 18. Walker's absence tomorrow will put RB Zach Charbonnet back in a workhorse role. Charbonnet has registered PPR finishes of RB8, RB7, RB1, and RB17 in the four games Walker has missed this season. Chicago ranks 28th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to RBs.

Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco was knocked out of Wednesday's game vs. the Steelers with a rib injury. He continued to split work with RB Kareem Hunt before exiting. The Chiefs locked up the AFC's No. 1 seed with the win over Pittsburgh, so don't expect Pacheco to play in the regular season finale. We'll see if he'll be ready to go for the Divisional Round of the playoffs. If not, Hunt will go back to controlling backfield work.

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes waited until the fantasy championship, but he rewarded those who started him, completing 29 of 38 passes for 320 yards and three TDs. His success made TE Travis Kelce and WR Xavier Worthy very viable, even against the near elite Steelers defense.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers (shoulder) is active for today's game vs. the Texans. He only got in one limited practice on the short week, but Flowers never seemed to be in real danger of missing this one. We're projecting him to play his usual role today.

Chiefs DT Chris Jones is inactive for today's game against the Steelers because of a calf injury. That leaves K.C. without it's top D-lineman, which can only be good news for the Pittsburgh offense. We're not making significant upgrades to their projections, but you can feel a little better about Najee Harris and/or Russell Wilson if you're using them.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Texans. He got in a limited practice on Tuesday, which should have him on track to play on the short week. We'll look for further updates on Flowers' status and get Baltimore's inactives around 3 pm ET
