Fantasy Football News & Latest NFL Updates

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Cardinals WR Marquise Brown (heel) did not practice on Wednesday. HC Jonathan Gannon said earlier in the week that Brown was feeling better coming off the bye, but it's concerning that he's still missing practice. We'll keep tabs on Brown's status over the next few days. He'll be no better than a low-end WR3 vs. the 49ers on Sunday, assuming he suits up.

Texans TE Dalton Schultz (hamstring) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, putting him on track to return for this weekend's game vs. the Titans. It's good timing for the Texans, who lost WR Tank Dell for the season and will likely be without WR Nico Collins this weekend. But Schultz would be tough to trust as a TE1 if QB Davis Mills is under center.

Texans WR Nico Collins (calf) did not practice on Wednesday. His injury reportedly isn't serious, but Collins is considered unlikely to play vs. the Titans this weekend. His absence would leave Houston with WRs Noah Brown, Robert Woods, John Metchie, and Xavier Hutchinson -- likely catching passes from QB Davis Mills.

Texans QB C.J. Stroud (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday. He still has multiple stages of the concussion protocol to pass through and is unlikely to be cleared in time for Sunday's game vs. the Titans. Stroud's absence would leave QB Davis Mills at the controls for Houston. Mills is a capable backup but would be in a tough spot without WR Tank Dell and likely WR Nico Collins.

Patriots WR Demario Douglas (concussion) got in a limited practice on Wednesday -- his first since being concussed in Week 12. We'll see if the rookie can get cleared for Sunday's game vs. the Chiefs. If he does, he'll be in the WR4 mix as the favorite to lead New England in targets.

Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. Reportedly dealing with a high-ankle sprain, he's unlikely to play vs. the Chiefs this weekend. That'd again leave RB Ezekiel Elliott in a true workhorse role. Zeke racked up 22 carries and eight targets on a 91% snap rate last week.

The Dolphins listed WR Tyreek Hill (ankle) as a non-participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report. We don't expect Hill to practice much, if at all, this week after spraining his ankle in Monday night's loss to the Titans. But we're tentatively projecting him to play against the Jets this weekend.

Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (toe) was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday. It's an estimated injury report because Miami didn't actually practice. Still, this is a new injury and one we don't have any other details on right now. We'll see if Achane is able to practice on Thursday.

Packers WR Christian Watson (hamstring) remained sidelined for Wednesday's practice. Fantasy owners should not be counting on him to play vs. the Bucs this weekend. WR Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) was also out on Wednesday.

Packers RB Aaron Jones (knee) was limited in Wednesday's practice, while RB A.J. Dillon (thumb) was sidelined. We're tentatively projecting both guys to play vs. the Bucs this weekend, but we'll keep you updated on their statuses over the next few days.

Bucs WR Chris Godwin (knee) did not practice on Wednesday. He seemed to make it out of last week's win fine, so we're guessing that this was more of a day off for the veteran. We'll see if Godwin gets back on the practice field tomorrow.

Broncos TE Greg Dulcich (hamstring) has been designated to return from IR and put in a full practice on Wednesday. We'll see if he plays vs. the Lions on Saturday night. Dulcich could not be trusted in fantasy lineups -- but it'd be nice to see him string together a few healthy games the rest of the way. He's played just 32 snaps all season.

Steelers WR Diontae Johnson was added to the injury report with a knee and did not practice on Wednesday. His availability for Saturday's game vs. the Colts is suddenly in question. We'll look for more details on Johnson's knee issue and see how he's listed on the final injury report tomorrow.

Steelers RB Najee Harris (knee) returned to a full practice on Wednesday. It's confirmation that he'll be ready for his usual role in Saturday's game vs. the Colts' 31st-ranked RB defense.

Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase (ankle) returned to a limited practice on Wednesday. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirmed earlier in the day that Chase is expected to be ready for Saturday's game vs. the Vikings. We'll see how he's listed on the final injury report tomorrow, but he can stay penciled into Week 15 fantasy lineups for now.

Raiders WR Davante Adams (illness) did not practice on Wednesday and is listed as questionable for Thursday night's game vs. the Chargers. Guys almost always play through illnesses, but we'll look for more information on Adams' status and get Vegas' inactives around 7 pm ET tomorrow.

The Raiders list RB Josh Jacobs (quad) as questionable for Thursday night's game vs. the Chargers. He didn't practice all week and seems unlikely to play, but we'll look for further updates on his status. Jacobs' absence would leave Zamir White as Vegas' likely lead back, with Ameer Abdullah handling passing downs.

Chargers TE Donald Parham (shoulder) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Thursday night's game vs. the Raiders. Parham would be a TD-or-bust desperation fantasy start if he suits up. His absence would be a slight boost for TE Gerald Everett.

The Chargers ruled out WR Keenan Allen (heel) for Week 15. This marks his first missed game since last season. In his place, the Chargers will rely on Josh Palmer and Quentin Johnston at WR. It’s an ugly spot for fill-in QB Easton Stick and the entire offense, especially for a divisional road game on a short week. We’d try to avoid using anyone not named Austin Ekeler in the L.A. offense. As of this writing, the team is implied for only 16 points.

Saints TE Taysom Hill (foot, left hand) returned to a limited practice on Wednesday. That gives him a chance to play vs. the Giants this weekend after missing last week's game. We'll keep you updated on Hill's status over the next few days.
