Fantasy Football News & Latest NFL Updates

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Falcons WR Drake London suffered a hip injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys and is officially questionable to return. We'll update his status when we know more.

Update: London was ruled out in the second quarter.

Saints WR Chris Olave suffered an apparent concussion in the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Panthers. Olave has sustained four documented concussions, including one in Week 6 of this season. He could be looking at an extended absence.

Update: Olave has been ruled out with a concussion. "He has movement in all extremities and is undergoing further evaluation at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center," the team said in a statement.

NFL Network reports that the Bears are removing CB Tyrique Stevenson from the starting lineup for today's game against the Cardinals. Terell Smith will start in place of Stevenson, who got caught taunting Washington fans at the start of last week's hail mary play -- and then tipped the ball before WR Noah Brown snagged it for the game-winning TD. We'll see about Stevenson's role beyond not starting, and whether this is just a one-week disciplinary action.

Rams WR Puka Nacua (knee) will be a "full-go" against the Seahawks later today, according to Fox Sports' Jay Glazer. Get Nacua into Week 9 fantasy lineups.

Patriots S Kyle Dugger is inactive for today's game against the Titans, marking the second straight game he'll miss with an ankle sprain. That leaves Jaylinn Hawkins and Marte Mapu as the starting safeties. LB Christian Elliss -- who was also questionable -- is active vs. Tennessee.

Raiders LB Robert Spillane (knee) is active for today's game against the Bengals. Use him as planned in your IDP lineups.

Panthers TE Tommy Tremble (back) is inactive for today's game vs. the Saints. That puts rookie TE Ja'Tavion Sanders back in play as a deep-league spot starter. The rookie totaled 13 targets, 11 catches, and 110 yards across Weeks 6 and 7 with Tremble out.

Falcons LB Troy Andersen is inactive for today's game against the Cowboys. He made it back to a full practice Friday and expressed optimism that he'd play. Instead, he'll miss his fifth straight game with the knee injury. Andersen's continued absence has moved Nate Landman up the Week 9 LB rankings.

Panthers WR Xavier Legette (toe) is active for today’s game vs. the Saints. The rookie was added to the injury report on Thursday and limited again on Friday. Although there’s target upside here with WR Diontae Johnson gone and WR Adam Thielen still out, Legette would be a risky Week 9 start in season-long leagues.

Commanders RB Brian Robinson (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Giants. That leaves Washington’s backfield to RBs Austin Ekeler, Jeremy McNichols, and Chris Rodriguez. Ekeler played 73% of the offensive snaps when Robinson missed Week 6 and is the best fantasy bet in the backfield.

Bengals WR Jermaine Burton is a healthy scratch. Team officials have said the reasoning will be addressed to the media after the game. This is a huge move with WR Tee Higgins out for the game.

Titans QB Will Levis (shoulder) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Patriots. QB Mason Rudolph gets another start, which should be considered good news for WR Calvin Ridley.

Titans RB Tony Pollard (foot) is active for today’s game vs. the Patriots. He did not practice all week, and ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler said Saturday that RB Julius Chestnut is expected to play more today. We’re still expecting Pollard to be the clear lead back in this one, but he comes with more risk than usual in fantasy lineups.

Raiders RB Zamir White (quad) is active for today’s game vs. the Bengals. He’s totaled just five carries and one target over the last two weeks and is not a fantasy option.

Cowboys LB Eric Kendricks (shoulder) and CB Trevon Diggs (calf) are active for today's game against the Falcons. Diggs remains a risk to see less playing time than usual, dealing with a calf tear that kept him out of practice all week. Kendricks played through his issue for a full snap share last week.

Bengals RB Zack Moss (neck) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Raiders. We still don’t have any details on the neck injury that sidelined him on Friday and had him listed as doubtful. Moss’ absence today figures to mean a healthy boost in touches for RB Chase Brown, who’s a borderline must-start. RBs Trayveon Williams and Kendall Milton are active behind Brown.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (quad) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Raiders. He remained sidelined in practice all week and doesn’t seem like a good bet to play vs. the Ravens this coming Thursday night. TE Mike Gesicki has been the biggest beneficiary of Higgins' absence this season, averaging 7.0 targets across three games sans Higgins. WRs Jermaine Burton and Charlie Jones are also inactive today.

Bills WR Amari Cooper is inactive for today’s home game against Miami. Cooper was listed as questionable after putting in limited practices all week. Without the veteran, Buffalo will rely on Dalton Kincaid, Khalil Shakir, and Keon Coleman. Shakir and Coleman are WR3s with upside, while Kincaid projects as a top-10 TE. Meanwhile, Curtis Samuel is active. He remains off the fantasy radar.

Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (leg) is expected to resume practicing in 2-3 weeks and is targeting a late-November return, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. It sounds like Pacheco is most likely to return for the Week 12 game against the Panthers (Nov. 24) or Week 13 against the Raiders (Nov. 29). He might be eased back in during his first game, but we're expecting Pacheco to eventually reclaim clear lead duties in Kansas City's backfield. If you've held onto him this long, keep holding. Pacheco could be a RB1 during the fantasy football playoffs.

CBS' Tracy Wolfson reports that Broncos RB Audric Estime is expected to be more involved in today's game vs. the Ravens. The rookie has just 10 carries across four games this season, so "more involved" is a low bar to clear. Estime isn't a viable Week 9 fantasy play. But this report is another reason to shy away from RB Javonte Williams today against Baltimore's eighth-ranked RB defense.
