Fantasy Football News & Latest NFL Updates

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

The Jaguars have ruled CB Tyson Campbell (hamstring) out for Sunday's game against the Titans. Campbell left Week 6 early with the injury. He missed the next two games. Then he returned for Week 10 after the bye and left the game early with the same injury. Campbell then missed practice all week before being ruled out. That doesn't bode well for his Week 12 outlook. We'll see about his status heading into that game.

Jets WR Garrett Wilson told reporters on Friday that he'll play vs. the Bills this weekend, despite being listed as questionable with his elbow injury. "It's doing better," Wilson said. "I'm feeling good, so we're going to rock this weekend." But Wilson also admitted that the injury will limit him, according to ESPN's Rich Cimini. We'll look for further updates on just how limited Wilson will be. For now, we're still expecting him to play a full slate of snaps. The elbow obviously adds risk, but Wilson still belongs in most fantasy lineups. He’s racked up 52 targets over his last four games.

Giants Edge Kayvon Thibodeaux has cleared the concussion protocol and will play Sunday against Washington. That's a surprising progression after he suffered his injury just last Sunday. Thibodeaux tallied 1.5 sacks in the previous meeting with Washington. He has just two games all season with more than 1 solo tackle, so the floor is low if he doesn't convert any sacks. But the upside will be worth chasing for many IDP lineups. He has moved up to DL2 territory in our Week 11 rankings.

Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Rams. He’s been on the injury report with a hamstring injury since Week 7. But, unlike those times, Lockett didn’t practice at all this week. "He ran today though, he worked out and did all that with the trainers, but we didn't run him in practice," HC Pete Carroll said Friday. "He'll run again tomorrow. It's day-to-day right now." We’ll look for further updates on Lockett’s status but won’t get Seattle’s inactives until 3 pm ET on Sunday.

Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy (hip) is not listed on the final Week 11 injury report. He was added on Thursday and limited in practice but returned to a full workout on Friday. The hip shouldn't be an issue in Sunday night’s game vs. the Vikings.

Chargers WR Jalen Guyton (groin) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Packers. He was added to the injury report on Friday and limited in practice. Guyton played 79% of the Chargers’ offensive snaps and saw six targets last week. His loss would be significant – and likely leave rookie Derius Davis as the No. 3 WR.

Chargers TE Gerald Everett (chest) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Packers. TE Donald Parham (hip) is off the injury report after putting in a full practice on Friday and is a viable Week 11 fantasy spot starter. Parham posted a 4-43-1 line on five targets when Everett missed Week 8. For the season, Parham leads the Chargers and ranks second among all TEs with seven end-zone targets.

Chargers WR Keenan Allen (shoulder) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Packers. He told reporters Thursday that he’ll play through his AC joint sprain – and then put in a full practice on Friday. There’s a bit more risk with Allen due to the shoulder injury, but he remains a must-start in fantasy football.

Rams QB Matt Stafford (thumb) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final injury report for Sunday’s game vs. the Seahawks. That suggests his right thumb injury shouldn’t be a factor this weekend, although we’d still prefer to see Stafford play a healthy game before considering him as a starter in 1-QB fantasy leagues. Stafford’s return is excellent news for WRs Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua.

Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (knee) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Raiders. HC Mike McDaniel said Friday that he was optimistic about Achane’s availability for this one. We’ll see if the rookie is activated from IR ahead of the Saturday 4 pm ET deadline.

Vikings RB Alexander Mattison (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game vs. the Broncos. He progressed from no practice on Wednesday to limited participation on Thursday and then a full workout on Friday. Mattison seemingly has a real chance to be cleared for Sunday night. We should get another update on his status on Saturday. Ty Chandler will operate as Minnesota’s lead back if Mattison doesn’t play.

Cardinals WR Michael Wilson (shoulder) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Texans. He was added to the injury report on Friday and limited in practice. Wilson missed Week 9 with a shoulder injury and then played through a questionable tag last week. It's unclear at this point whether he's in danger of missing this Sunday's game. We'll look for updates on his status and get Arizona's inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.

Texans WR Nico Collins (calf) is not listed on the final Week 11 injury report. He practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, and should play a full-time role this weekend vs. the Cardinals’ 19th-ranked WR defense.

Texans WR Noah Brown (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Cardinals. He didn’t practice all week, though, and insider Aaron Wilson said Friday that Brown won’t play this weekend. He should be on fantasy benches. Brown’s absence will keep Robert Woods in the No. 3 WR role, behind Tank Dell and Nico Collins.

Texans RB Dameon Pierce (ankle) is out for this weekend’s game vs. the Cardinals. He returned to a limited practice on Friday, potentially setting him up for a Week 12 return. RB Devin Singletary should again be in a workhorse role on Sunday after racking up 30 carries and two targets on an 81% snap rate last week. He’s a rock-solid RB2 vs. Arizona’s 29th-ranked RB defense.

Giants WR Jalin Hyatt has cleared the concussion protocol and will be available for Sunday’s game vs. the Commanders. The rookie has just two catches over the last three weeks and isn’t a viable fantasy play with QB Tommy DeVito under center.

Jaguars WR Zay Jones (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game agains the Titans after a limited week of practice. It looks like Jones has a shot to return for this one, but we’d try not to use him in fantasy lineups in his first action since early October.

Ravens TE Mark Andrews has been diagnosed with a cracked fibula and an ankle ligament injury, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "It’s still believed to be a long-term injury," Rapoport adds, but the team will get another opinion from Dr. Robert Anderson in Charlotte next week. It sounds like Andrews at least has some chance to play again this season -- although that chance is likely slim. He's worth hanging on to in fantasy football at least until we get more information on his status next week.

Steelers WR Diontae Johnson (thumb) is not listed on the final Week 11 injury report. He took Wednesday off but was a full-go in Thursday and Friday’s practices. Johnson will be ready for his usual role vs. the Browns this weekend.

Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Browns. He was a full-go on Thursday and Friday, so Freiermuth should play. But coming off a multi-week hamstring injury and facing the league’s top-ranked TE defense, Freiermuth is not a recommended season-long start.
