Jets DT Quinnen Williams is inactive for today's game against the Rams. He tested his hamstring injury pregame, but it was clearly deemed not ready. His absence is good news for Rams RB Kyren Williams as well as the passing game, which won't have to deal with one of the Jets' best pass rushers.

Jets DT Quinnen Williams will test his hamstring this morning ahead of the 1 p.m. ET game against the Rams, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. "If he can go, it'll be in a limited role," Garafolo adds. We've had Williams projected lower than his usual level all week and would be wary of using him in Week 16 IDP lineups. We'll update his status when inactives come out.

The Jets have agreed to a four-year, $96 million extension with DT Quinnen Williams, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. The deal includes $66 million in guarantees.
