That obviously improves the matchup for Philly WRs A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. Gardner's issue didn't show up on the injury report until he missed practice Friday and was initially listed as an illness. A Week 7 bye will help Gardner's chances of not missing further game time.

Gardner grabbed 9 INTs across 3 seasons at Cincinnati but totaled just 99 tackles over 33 games. Don't bet on Gardner being a huge fantasy contributor.
