HC Jerod Mayo said Friday that Stevenson isn’t dealing with a long-term injury, so we’ll see if he can make it back for Week 7. His absence this weekend should leave Antonio Gibson as New England’s clear lead back. He’s been good as the No. 2 this year, averaging 5.9 yards per carry and 10.8 yards per catch. Gibson gets a Houston defense ranked ninth in adjusted fantasy points allowed to RBs – and his team is implied for just 15.5 points. But he shapes up as a volume-based RB2 in fantasy lineups.
