Anthony Richardson A Game-Time Decision For Week 5

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler hears from a source close to Colts QB Anthony Richardson that he's shaping up as a game-time decision for Sunday's tilt with the Jaguars. "He wants to play, but it's a matter of functionality," Fowler adds. "Can he be himself running and throwing 100%? It's not a situation where that oblique injury can worsen, so that's the good news. ... Joe Flacco took a lot of the reps this week ... typically that tells the story." It sure sounds like Fowler believes Flacco is more likely to start against Jacksonville than Richardson.
