Titans HC Brian Callahan said Sunday that WR DeAndre Hopkins (knee) should be back soon and is on track to be ready for Week 1, per ESPN's Turron Davenport. Hopkins went down a little less than three weeks ago with a knee injury that was expected to cost him 4-6 weeks. It sounds like he'll be back on the short end of that timetable.
We knocked one game off of Hopkins' 2024 projections when the knee injury was announced. We just added that game back, although we're projecting Hopkins for slightly reduced volume and efficiency in Week 1 coming off the injury.
Hopkins climbs from 38th to 35th in the PPR WR Rankings.
Hopkins has sunk from a mid-seventh-round ADP before the knee injury to a current late-eighth-round ADP.
Expect his price tag to climb a bit now -- but probably not back to pre-injury levels. Hopkins figures to be a nice value for the rest of draft season.
