Bill WR Curtis Samuel breaks out at practice today with exceptional explosiveness, per Matt Parrino of Syracuse.com.
Matt Parrino: "Curtis Samuel had his breakout day today at camp. The last catch was sensational as he broke open on the right side with Cam Lewis in coverage. He’s so explosive and he’s moving all over the place. Starting to see the vision for what he’ll be in this offense"
Samuel has drawn rave reviews early in camp and is building a rapport with QB Josh Allen.
He has been playing the Z WR role for the Bills where Gabe Davis has played the past few seasons.
But, the Bills coaching staff seems to be crafting a plan to move Samuel around. He caught two passes from the RB position, and played some snaps in the slot as well.
With the lack of high-end WRs for the Bills, Samuel is an intriguing upside option.
If the hype continues to surround Samuel, his ADP will be on the rise very soon.
The number one WR for Allen will have tremendous upside to outperform their ADP. Samuel is the most likely candidate right now.
