NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Bears QB Justin Fields dislocated his left shoulder in Sunday's loss to the Falcons. In addition to deeming his QB "day to day," HC Matt Eberflus also didn't rule out the possibility of Fields missing the rest of the season.
