It'll be the season debut for Stokes. CB Jaire Alexander (back) is inactive, leaving Green Bay without its top cover guy.
Quay Walker questionable
Packers LB Quay Walker (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos. He managed limited practices all week. We'll check his status ahead of Sunday's kickoff. Elsewhere on the defense, S Darnell Savage (calf), CB Eric Stokes (foot), and CB Jaire Alexander (back) are also questionable. Alexander opened the week off the injury report but aggravated the issue Thursday and then missed Friday's practice. That might leave Green Bay without its top cover guy.
Jaire Alexander, Rudy Ford active vs. Raiders
Packers CB Jaire Alexander (back) and S Rudy Ford (oblique) are active for tonight's game against the Raiders. Each guy entered the night questionable. CB Eric Stokes (foot) is not ready to return yet. The team elected not to activate him from the PUP list ahead of the game.
De'Vondre Campbell out again; three DBs questionable
Packers LB De'Vondre Campbell (ankle) is out for Monday night's game against the Raiders. That will leave Isaiah McDuffie to start in his place. McDuffie carries limited upside for IDP leagues. Green Bay also could be missing as many as three secondary starters. CB Jaire Alexander (back) and S Rudy Ford (oblique) are questionable after limited practice participation this week. CB Eric Stokes' questionable tag is more of a positive. He has yet to play this season, coming off mensicus and Lisfranc injuries in November that each required surgeries. If he plays, it'll likely be in a limited role. We'll check on all three DBs Monday. None is worth waiting for in your IDP lineup.
Stokes likely done for season
Packers HC Matt LaFleur told reporters Friday that CB Eric Stokes is "unlikely" to play the rest of the season after suffering ankle and knee injuries in the loss to the Lions. That will leave Green Bay without a starting corner, but the team remains in decent shape at the position. Keisean Nixon looks like the new #3 CB, with Jaire Alexander and Rasul Douglas.
