Demario Davis, others questionable vs. Colts
The Saints have several defensive starters questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts: LB Demario Davis (knee), S Tyrann Mathieu (foot), S Marcus Maye (hamstring, illness), and CB Alontae Taylor (hip). Davis and Mathieu played through their issues last week and seem likely to do so again. Taylor popped up on the injury report Thursday and put in limited practices Thursday and Friday. Maye finished the week missing Friday's workout. We'll check their statuses Sunday.

Demario Davis, Tyrann Mathieu active vs. Jaguars
Saints LB Demario Davis (knee) and S Tyrann Mathieu (foot) are active for tonight's game aginst the Jaguars. We moved Davis down the Week 7 LB rankings for his knee risk, though, given that it was bad enough to make him a game-time decision. Mathieu managed limited practices throughout the short week and seems fine for his normal level of IDP use.

Mathieu heading to New Orleans
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that the Saints are expected to sign S Tyrann Mathieu. Mathieu spent the past 3 years with the Chiefs, collecting 13 INTs across 47 regular-season games. Assuming the move comes to fruition, he'll join fellow offseason signee Marcus Maye as the starting safeties in New Orleans. A stat profile that leans more on turnovers than tackles generally keeps Mathieu from being a DB1-level fantasy option.
