Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) was limited in Thursday's practice. Consider it good news that he was able to get on the field for a second consecutive day. We continue to project Kupp to play vs. the Raiders this weekend, but we'll see how he's listed on Friday's final injury report.
Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) was officially limited in Wednesday's practice. HC Sean McVay said before practice that the plan was to have Kupp do individual drills but not full-team work. "There's a possibility that he'll play, but we'll see how today goes," McVay said. "He's trending in the right direction, but we'll see exactly what that means as the week progresses." We'll update Kupp's status again on Thursday.
Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) had a "positive workout" on Monday and it's "at least possible" that he returns for this weekend's game vs. the Raiders, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "The next step is to see when he practices and how it goes," Rapoport adds. "The team will gather more info, but [Monday] presented good news." We'll keep a close eye on Kupp's participation level in practices on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We're tentatively projecting him to play against Vegas.
Rams HC Sean McVay said Monday that WR Cooper Kupp's availability for this weekend's game against the Raiders remains uncertain. "There is a possibility he could be ready this week; there's also a possibility that he might not be ready. So today is a big day for him," McVay said. Kupp won't practice with the team on Monday but will have a "high-workload session" with the training staff to determine his Week 7 status, according to The Athletic's Jourdan Rodrigue. Kupp's participation level in Wednesday's official practice should give us a good indication of his availability for the Raiders game.
Fox Sports' Jay Glazer confirms that Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) is not expected to play in Week 5 vs. the Packers. Kupp then gets a Week 6 bye and has a good chance to return for Week 7's meeting with the Raiders. We'll keep you updated on his progress. Kupp owners should continue keeping him stashed on benches.
Rams HC Sean McVay confirmed on Monday that WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) will not play vs. the Bears this weekend. Kupp has not been placed on IR, but we're unlikely to see him before the Rams return from their Week 6 bye.
Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the 49ers. He avoided IR but is still looking at a multi-game absence. The Rams are down to Demarcus Robinson, Tyler Johnson, Jordan Whittington, and Tutu Atwell as their top four WRs. See where those guys land in our Week 3 Rankings.
The Rams "have no plans" to place WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) on IR, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. OL Jonah Jackson and S John Johnson landed on IR today, but Kupp did not.
Rams HC Sean McVay says WR Cooper Kupp is expected to miss “an extended period of time” and might hit IR, according to ESPN’s Sarah Barshop. If IR is just a maybe, that indicates the timeline sits around four games. With Puka Nacua already out, there’s clear opportunity the next few weeks for other Rams WRs and TE Colby Parkinson. You can also expect to not see QB Matthew Stafford high in our weekly rankings. Check your Free Agent Finder to see who might make sense for your situation
