Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb caught six of seven targets for 100 yards in the first half before suffering a shoulder injury that knocked him for most of the game. He did return at points and had a catch on the Cowboys final drive taking his total for the day to 105 yards.
It was still a solid performance for Lamb despite the injury, but he was set up for a potential monster game had he played completely.
With the Cowboys officially out of the playoffs, they may not want to rush Lamb back.
Rookie WR Ryan Flournoy was the main beneficiary of Lamb missing time, catching three passes for 41 yards in the second half.
The Cowboys WRs have a negative match-up against the Eagles next week for the fantasy championship.
If Lamb is out, the Cowboys passing game can’t be relied on.
