The Panthers made starting S Jordan Fuller a healthy scratch for today's game against the Cardinals. Darin Gantt of the team website reports that rookie Demani Richardson is expected to start in Fuller's place.
Gantt: "Richardson, an undrafted rookie, was a preseason standout, always around the ball. When he started two games earlier this year, he did not look out of place."
Richardson delivered 11 and 12 tackles in those two contest, facing the Broncos and Saints.
He carries significantly more IDP upside into this game against Arizona than Fuller would have. Check Richardson's spot in the DB rankings to see if he makes sense for your lineup.
The Panthers will also have Edge Jadeveon Clowney and DT A'Shawn Robinson active for the game. Both were questionable heading in.
