Ravens RB Derrick Henry disappointed fantasy managers only carryign the ball 14 times in the Ravens win over the Giants. He totaled only 67 yards and did not find the end zone despite the team scoring five TDs.
If Henry managers didn’t get a bye in the first round of the fantasy playoffs, they were met with a very underwhelming performance for Henry. With no receiving upside, the rushing did not come through, even in non-PPR leagues.
With QB Lamar Jackson throwing five TDs, Henry wasn’t needed in the scoring department.
Pass catching RB Justice Hill was the beneficiary with all the passing catching all five of his targets for 61 yards and a TD.
Hopefully he can bounce back over the next two weeks of the fantasy playoffs, but isn’t an ideal schedule.
Henry has a neutral match-up against the Steelers next week followed by a negative match-up against the Texans for Week 17.
