Steelers QB Russell Wilson threw for a season-low 158 yards in Sunday's win over the Browns. He completed 15 of 26 attempts (57.7%), with 2 TDs and no INTs. Wilson took just 1 sack and didn't turn the ball over.
With WR George Pickens (hamstring) out, Wilson spread targets among nine teammates. Only RB Jaylen Warren drew more than 4 targets (he got 5). And three guys tied for the team lead with 3 receptions apiece.
Wilson gets his toughest remaining matchup at Philly next week. So he won't be an attractive fantasy option even if Pickens is back.
After that comes a visit to Baltimore, which remains a positive QB-scoring matchup by our adjusted fantasy points allowed. But the Ravens limited Wilson to a QB26 fantasy finish in their Week 11 meeting, his worst outing of the season.
A Week 17 home date with the Chiefs looks neutral. We'll see how much sense Wilson makes for fantasy lineups as that week draws closer. But don't expect him to sit close to our top 12 that week.
