Jets QB Aaron Rodgers had one of his best games of the season in today’s loss to the Dolphins, throwing for 339 yards, one TD, and 0 INTs. Sunday marked his first game over 300 yards since December 12, 2021.
Rodgers really excelled in the quick game. Per Next Gen Stats, he completed 19 of 23 attempts for 216 yards in passes thrown in under 2.5 seconds. The yardage marked a season-high in those situations.
Rodgers fed WRs Garrett Wilson and Davante Adams 21 total targets for 16 catches, 223 yards, and 1 TD. His score came on a quick-hitter to Adams at the goal line.
Note that the Jets played without RB Breece Hall, who sat out with a knee. (Consider him questionable for Week 15.)
All told, Rodgers posted one of his best fantasy performances of the season. And he did so despite facing pressure on a season-high 33.3% of his dropbacks.
Week 15 brings a meeting with the Jaguars, who have been the league’s worst QB defense for most of the season. Rodgers probably won’t crack the top-12 in our Week 15 QB rankings, but you could do worse if you’re hurting at the position. Week 16 brings another positive matchup, this time with the Rams.
