Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) remained sidelined for Wednesday's practice. He's 13 days removed from his concussion but hasn't made much progress through the protocol. Tillman will need to get in at least a limited practice on Thursday to have a chance to play vs. the Steelers this weekend. Fantasy owners should start making other plans for Week 14.
