Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving ran the ball 25 times for 152 yards and a TD. He also caught three passes for 33 yards. All of this despite a hip injury at the end of the first half that left him questionable to return. He did return and dominated the Panthers.
RB Rachaad White only had 12 touches with Sean Tucker having none. So Irving had a 70% backfield touch share to White’s 30%, a clear indicator of Irving’s status as the lead back.
The RBs have a positive match-up next week against the Raiders. Their fantasy playoff schedule will be against the Chargers (negative), Cowboys (positive) and Panthers (positive).
