Giants TE Theo Johnson suffered a foot injury in Thursday's loss to the Cowboys that's expected to end his season, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
That leaves Daniel Bellinger, Chris Manhertz, and Greg Dulcich at TE on the active roster.
Manhertz played the second-most snaps among Giants TEs at Dallas, getting 33% snap share. The 32-year-old has typically been more of a blocker, though, logging just 27 career catches across nine seasons (including only 1 this year).
Bellinger played just 4 snaps and sports a mere 3 receptions for the season.
Dulcich arrived recently after the Broncos waived him. He easily leads the remaining group in receiving talent, but we'll see whether he gets meaningful playing time.
This is clearly a group to avoid for fantasy purposes if you can help it.
We'll watch for more details on Johnson's foot injury, but it doesn't seem like an issue that should affect his 2025 readiness.
