Browns WR Jerry Jeudy caught six balls for 85 yards in Thursday night's upset win over the Steelers. It was an excellent result considering the conditions. The first half was played in significant wind; the second in heavy snow. Jeudy accounted for 39% of QB Jameis Winston's 219 passing yards. His six targets led the team and were a 22% share. Jeudy didn't seem limited by the weather, creating separation throughout the night and catching all of his targets. He made key grabs to convert a 4th-and-3 and a 3rd-and-6 on Cleveland's game-winning drive in the fourth quarter.
WR Cedric Tillman exited this one at the end of the third quarter for a concussion check. At that point, Tillman was out-targeting Jeudy 4 to 3. WR Elijah Moore also had three targets through three quarters.
Expect the targets to be fairly evenly distributed going forward. But Jeudy is vibing with Winston. They've connected on 67% of their targets at 10.5 yards per target over the past four games. Jeudy has tallied 73+ yards in all four games, averaging 6.0 catches and 95 yards per game.
Jeudy gets a tough Broncos secondary in Week 13 followed by a rematch with the Steelers in Week 14. But he'll be tough to leave out of fantasy lineups after this performance.
