Cowboys WR Brandin Cooks (knee) has been designated to return from IR. He'll practice this week and is eligible to play against the Commanders on Sunday. Cooks was sitting 71st among WRs in PPR points with QB Dak Prescott through Week 4. It's tough to expect better with QB Cooper Rush (or QB Trey Lance). Cooks can be left on fantasy waiver wires.
