Browns RB Nick Chubb managed just 11 carries for 50 yards in Sunday's lopsided loss to the Saints. Chubb got the ball four times on Cleveland's first possession alone but hit halftime with only 6 rushes for 19 yards.
Cleveland was in this game until the fourth quarter. A TD in the middle of the third quarter tied it, but then New Orleans added three more scores to the Browns' zero.
Chubb wound up with a solid 4.5 yards per carry, easily his best rate through four appearances this season. But getting just 11 carries against one of the league's worst run defenses looked bad in several ways.
It's easy to root for Chubb in his return from last year's nasty knee injury. But it's just as difficult to envision him making a fantasy impact the rest of the way.
That certainly doesn't make him a drop across formats. But if you're in a position where you're weighing Chubb against waiver options, he'll likely be OK to dump.
RB TreVeyon Henderson’s highlight reel screams fantasy stardom — but is he built to handle more than a complementary role?
