Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb tallied just 21 yards on 6 receptions in Sunday's loss to the Eagles, the first game since QB Dak Prescott suffered a hamstring injury. That's not helping any fantasy teams. But Lamb did, at least, maintain strong shares of the receiving work.
Lamb's 10 targets constituted 43.5% of QB Cooper Rush's total pass attempts. His 6 receptions made up 46.2% of Rush's completions. And even the 21 yards accounted for 46.7% of Rush's total.
Of course, the Dallas passing game will need to do much more to support meaningful fantasy value for anyone. QB Cooper Rush averaged 191 across his five starts back in 2022.
If Rush gets anywhere close to that number with Lamb earning 40%+ shares going forward, the WR would be in good shape.
The remaining schedule doesn't sport another significantly negative WR matchup until the Week 17 rematch with Philly.
Build an unbeatable team with these eight fantasy football sleepers. A first-time starter with QB1 upside, a rookie RB with top-20 potential, an exciting second-year breakout WR, and more!
