The Commanders have ruled RB Brian Robinson Jr. out for Sunday's game against the Steelers with the hamstring injury that also cost him Week 9. Robinson managed limited practices Wednesday and Thursday after putting in limited workouts all last week and carrying a "questionable" tag into the game. But he missed Friday's practice this time around and got ruled out early.

That Friday shift might bode ill for Robinson's Week 11 outlook, but we'll see what else we learn ahead of that contest.
For Sunday's game, Washington figures to deploy a three-man backfield once again.
Last week found Austin Ekeler holding a small lead in playing time and a slight edge over Jeremy McNichols in pass routes (13-11). But he also claimed 4 of the 5 RB targets.
Ekeler and Chris Rodriguez tied for the carry lead (11) in that game, with McNichols rushing eight times.
Ekeler sits highest again among the remaining three Commanders RBs. But the work split lowers both his floor and ceiling -- in a much worse matchup than Washington faced last week.
Ideally, you'll be able to avoid this backfield altogether for Week 10.
