TE Grant Calcaterra led the Eagles with 5 receptions in Sunday's win over the Jaguars. He snagged all 5 targets and tallied 30 yards, all of which came in the first half -- with A.J. Brown still around.
TE Dallas Goedert left Week 6 early with a hamstring injury and has missed the three games since. Calcaterra has garnered a target on 15.7% of Jalen Hurts' pass attempts over that span.
Sunday marked highs for him in targets and receptions. Calcaterra has caught all 13 targets over the past four games and 17 of 18 targets for the season. His 7.0-yard aDOT -- according to Pro Football Reference -- is also deeper than Goedert's number for any of the past three seasons.
None of that's been enough to make the Eagles backup more than a low-level fill-in for fantasy rosters. But it has marked a significant role boost in Year 3 for the former sixth-round pick.
Goedert remained out of practice ahead of Sunday's game, making him no lock for a Week 10 return.
