Jaguars TE Evan Engram drew a team-high 10 targets in Sunday's loss to the Eagles. That marked a 33.3% share of Trevor Lawrence's targeted throws. He caught five for 45 yards, each of which also led the team on a sluggish passing day for the Jags.
Engram averaged 10.2 targets per game after WR Christian Kirk went down for the season last year. So don't be surprised if he stays around this level of usage.
Week 10 holds Engram's best remaining matchup for TE scoring -- Minnesota -- according to our adjusted fantasy points allowed. Overall, it's the league's second-worst TE schedule the rest of the way.
But the schedule looks much closer to neutral for WR and QB scoring, indicating the path probably isn't quite so treacherous.
Engram at least looks like one of the position's best bets for target volume the rest of the way. That makes him an easy weekly starter.
