Rams WR Cooper Kupp is being shopped by the team. The Rams have apparently contacted several teams and are asking for a 2nd round pick. The team is willing to take on some of his salary in 2024 to get this return. As the Rams continue losing, they may view their window having closed to contend for a championship.
Dianna Russini of The Athletic: "The Rams have called multiple teams about trading former Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp. The Rams have indicated a willingness to take on some of the ‘24 salary and are seeking a 2nd round pick."
Kupp's value would likely take a hit in most other landing spots. HC Sean McVay has the perfect offense for Kupp to be highly productive for the rest of his career.
Having no Kupp would make Nacua a young lead WR piece on an offense with explosive potential. With teams like the Steelers and Saints showing interest in other WRs, there are some awful spots for him to land.
Of course, the Chiefs would be the ideal for any WR, but their passing offense and QB Patrick Mahomes has not been what he once was.
This boasts WR Puka Nacua's stock in the short and long term. McVay continues to be one of the best coaches and innovators in the NFL.
Justin Fields has proved that when he's on the field, so is big fantasy upside. Drafters are underrating the new Jets QB. So he leads this list of five high-ceiling fantasy football sleepers.
