Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III was downgraded to Questionable due to an illness. It is unknown what the illness is, but any downgrade less than 24 hours before game is not good news. Walker's status for Sunday is in doubt.
Adam Schefter of ESPN: "Seahawks downgraded RB Kenneth Walker III to questionable for Sunday’s game due to an illness."
Walker being downgraded to questionable so close to the game puts his status in doubt.
The clear lead stud back for the Seahawks, Walker has been active not only as a runner, but also in the passing game in recent weeks.
With a potential shootout on the horizon against the Falcons, it would be a fantasy blow if Walker misses.
If he is active, he should be a full go. Illness usually means a player can't play or they will play through it with a full snap compliment.
If Walker does miss the game, RB Zach Charbonnet becomes a must play. He is one of a handful of handcuffs who will get a full workload if the starter is on the bench.
Charbonnet performed well when Walker was sidelined with a core injury earlier this year.
