Cowboys QB Dak Prescott threw for 293 yards, 1 TD, and 2 INTs in Sunday's lopsided loss to the Saints.
Prescott obviously didn't do much to help the Cowboys reverse a 44-19 defeat, but it's fair to wonder how much he could have done.
His INTs weren't terrible. The first came on a play where his WR slipped coming out of his break and failed to reach the spot where the pass was delivered. The other came on a ball Prescott tried to force to a covered receiver in the fourth quarter.
That one was clearly a dangerous throw but also came at a point in the game where risky throws make sense.
Ultimately, it was a throwaway game for Prescott rather than one you should worry about. He sits 17th among fantasy QBs heading into the Sunday night game -- but ahead of Anthony Richardson, Josh Allen, and Jared Goff, among others.
Prescott figures to sit somewhere in the bottom of QB1 range for a Week 3 home date with Baltimore. A Week 4 visit to the Giants looks even better. But you might want a different QB (within reason) for a Week 5 visit to Pittsburg.
