Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet started at RB and ended with a final stat line of 14 rushes for 38 yards and a TD. He also added five catches on five targets for 31 yards. He filled in for the injured RB Kenneth Walker III and did not have a great rushing performance only averaging 2.7 yards per carry, but found the end zone and had success catching the ball.
The Seahawks committed to the pass early and even involved Charbonnet in the passing game. Though he was inefficient on the ground, Charbonnet rewarded fantasy owners who took a chance on him in PPR leagues.
Walker may return next week and likely will return to the starting role, but the Seahawks have a decent match-up next week against the Dolphins who were gashed on Thursday by Bills RB James Cook.
They will have a much tougher road the week after against the Detroit Lions who have been very solid against the run so far this season.
