Chiefs HC Andy Reid was asked Friday about how he'll fill RB Jerick McKinnon's vacated passing-down role and proceeded to talk up RB Isiah Pacheco. “He’s ready to be able to do all that," Reid said of Pacheco. "He’s good with the protections, he’s good with the technique and fundamentals, he can run all the routes, he’s got great hands.”

Pacheco averaged 3.1 catches across his 14 games last year. That spiked to 3.6 per game in seven outings without McKinnon. That latter mark is a full-season pace of 61 grabs, which would have tied for fifth most among RBs.
Pacheco is locked in as Kansas City's primary ball carrier. If he can dominate pass-catching work in this high-scoring offense, he has a path to top-8 fantasy production.
Pacheco is fairly priced at his 2.12 consensus ADP. But he regularly slips into Round 4 in Underdog and Drafters best ball drafts. He's a big value at that price.
