Bengals WR Tee Higgins (rib) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game vs. the Cardinals. He got in a limited practice on Friday, which seemingly gives him a shot to return for Week 6 -- although it's worth noting that Cincinnati has a Week 7 bye. Tyler Boyd will operate as the Bengals' No. 2 WR this weekend and is a fine WR4 play in fantasy lineups.
