Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco will sit out Wednesday's practice with a hamstring issue, HC Andy Reid said. Pacheco seemed to make it out of last week's win just fine, but we'll obviously need to keep a close eye on him over the next few days. His absence would leave Kansas City's backfield to Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Jerick McKinnon vs. Chicago on Sunday.
