Saints HC Sean Payton called QB Jameis Winston's knee injury "significant" after Sunday's win over the Bucs. Florio also reports that QB Taysom Hill is expected to be cleared from his concussion this week. He figures to step in as New Orleans' starter -- and a fantasy factor -- in that case.
