Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire suffered a “slight” ankle sprain in Week 2 of the preseason, per HC Andy Reid. Edwards-Helaire will undergo further examination today (Saturday). We’re about 3 weeks away from the opener, so there’s time for the 2nd-year back to avoid missing games if the injury is indeed minor. We’ll keep you posted.
