The Cardinals have ruled out QB Carson Palmer (concussion) for Thursday night's game against the 49ers. No surprise there. Palmer will work toward getting cleared for Week 6's game against the Jets. QB Drew Stanton starts against the 'Niners and is a significant downgrade -- even to a struggling Palmer.
