Justice Hill In Concussion Protocol, Limited Thursday

Ravens RB Justice Hill (concussion) was limited in Thursday's practice. It's the first we've heard of him being in the protocol, but getting in a limited practice on Thursday puts him on track to be cleared in time for Monday night's game vs. the Chargers. We'll keep you updated on Hill's progress.

Ravens RB Justice Hill pulled a team-high 7 targets in Sunday's loss to the Steelers. He caught four of them for 28 yards.

Ravens RB Keaton Mitchell is expected to play vs. the Bengals tonight, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports. It'll be Mitchell's first game since last December's season-ending knee injury. Mitchell will bring even more big-play ability to Baltimore's offense, but we're expecting him to at least start off as the No. 3 RB behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill. Mitchell should not be in Week 10 fantasy lineups.

Ravens RB Keaton Mitchell will be activated from the PUP list and return to practice this week, according to The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec. Mitchell has been working back from last December's multi-ligament knee injury. He's still likely at least a couple of weeks away from game action. Mitchell was a big-play machine last year, averaging 8.4 yards per carry and 10.3 yards per catch. But he'll be returning to a backfield that has both Derrick Henry and Justice Hill playing very well. Mitchell would need an injury to at least one of those guys to have a shot at fantasy relevance. He can be left on your waiver wire for now.

Ravens RB Derrick Henry carried five times for 17 yards and the season's first TD in Thursday night's loss to the Chiefs. But Kansas City's defense -- and game script -- limited him to just 29 scoreless yards on eight carries the rest of the way. Baltimore trailed for close to three-quarters of this game, and Henry was regularly pulled in passing situations for RB Justice Hill. Henry failed to catch either of his two targets.

Dynasty Write-up
2023 turned up career highs across the board for Hill, who benefited from J.K. Dobbins' season-ending injury. Hill's under contract for one more season, but he won't be guaranteed a role in 2024 after the arrival of Derrick Henry.
