Chiefs HC Andy Reid wouldn't say Wednesday whether RB Isiah Pacheco (leg) will play against the Panthers this weekend, calling it a "day by day type thing." Pacheco returned to practice last week, getting in three limited sessions. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said Sunday morning that Pacheco will be healthy enough to play Week 12 but that the team could opt to hold him out as a precaution. We'll keep you updated on the situation. Kareem Hunt would be a top-12 RB play if Pacheco remains out this weekend.
