The Jaguars and WR Jakobi Meyers agreed to a three-year, $60 million extension with $40 million guaranteed, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. It lands Meyers 24th among WRs in average annual salary and keeps him in Jacksonville through the 2028 campaign.

The forecast for tonight's Rams-Seahawks game calls for a 40-50% chance of rain with winds around 20 mph and gusts up over 30. The rain shouldn't be impactful, but the wind will be. Per Rotogrinders' Kevin Roth, we could see gusts of 30-40 mph in the first half, tapering off to around 30 mph in the second. We'd shy away from using either kicker in this game. We're not adjusting projections for the offenses but could certainly see both teams lean a bit more toward the run. This was already a tough spot for QB Matt Stafford, on the road against a tough defense and without WR Davante Adams.

Rams WR Davante Adams (hamstring) is inactive for tonight's game vs. the Seahawks. The fact that he was listed as doubtful, rather than out, might be a good sign for his Week 17 availability. But he's certainly not a lock to be back for that one. We're expecting the Rams' TEs to play a big part in replacing Adams tonight, particularly Colby Parkinson, who's a viable Week 16 fantasy spot starter.

49ers WR Ricky Pearsall (ankle, knee) did not practice on Thursday. He played through the ankle issue last weekend, but the knee -- an aggravation of his previous PCL injury -- knocked him out of the Titans game. We're not expecting Pearsall to play vs. the Colts on Monday night but will keep you updated on his status.

Texans RB Woody Marks (ankle) missed practice again on Thursday. HC Demeco Ryans downplayed Marks' injury earlier this week, but he didn't return to the Cardinals game and has now missed the first two practices of the week. He's not a lock to play this Sunday, especially with the Texans 14.5-point favorites over the Raiders. RB Nick Chubb (ribs) was a full-go on Thursday and looks set to play against Las Vegas. We could be looking at a Chubb, Jawhar Jordan, and Dare Ogunbowale backfield in that one. We'll update Marks' status again tomorrow.

Falcons TE Kyle Pitts was added to the injury report with a knee and limited in practice on Thursday. We don't have any other details, but Pitts' status will be worth checking on again tomorrow. WR Drake London (knee) got in his second straight limited practice on Thursday.

Chiefs WR Rashee Rice (concussion) remained sidelined for Thursday's practice. He's now a major long shot to be cleared in time for this weekend's game vs. the Titans and should be on fantasy benches. WR Tyquan Thornton (concussion) is also likely to miss Week 16, leaving Xavier Worthy, Marquise Brown, and JuJu Smith-Schuster as Gardner Minshew's top three WRs.

Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) missed his second straight practice on Thursday. It's officially time to worry about his availability for this weekend's game vs. the Browns. We'll see if Kincaid practices tomorrow and then how he's listed on the final injury report. His absence would turn TE Dawson Knox into a low-level fantasy option.

The Saints placed RB Devin Neal on IR with the hamstring injury he suffered in Week 15, ending the rookie's season. Neal tallied 153 total yards in two games as New Orleans' lead back. He averaged just 3.6 yards per carry on the season, though, and ranked 56th in yards after contact per attempt and dead last among 58 qualifying RBs in Pro Football Focus' rushing grades. Neal will probably need to fight for a roster spot next summer. We'll see if RB Alvin Kamara makes it back this season. If not, New Orleans will roll with RBs Audric Estime and Evan Hull the rest of the way.

Eagles RB Saquon Barkley (stinger) is not listed on the final Week 16 injury report. He took Tuesday off but was a full-go in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Barkley will be ready for his usual role vs. the Commanders on Saturday.

Packers WR Christian Watson (chest, shoulder) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Bears. He got in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday and sounded optimistic about his status for this one on Wednesday. We're currently projecting Watson to play but will get Green Bay's inactives a little before 7 pm ET on Saturday. WR Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) is also questionable after limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday.

Packers RB Josh Jacobs (knee, ankle) is listed as questionable for Saturday night's game vs. the Bears. He didn't practice all week. Jacobs has been battling through injuries -- particularly this knee issue -- for much of the season but has only missed one game. We're tentatively expecting him to play in this huge divisional game, but it's certainly not a lock. We'll keep you updated on Jacobs' status and get Green Bay's inactives a little before 7 pm ET on Saturday. If Jacobs is unable to go, RB Emanuel Wilson would turn into a strong fantasy start. He carried 28 times for 107 yards and two TDs when Jacobs missed Week 12.

Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan (foot, ankle) returned to a full practice on Thursday. He should be ready for his usual role in this weekend's huge game against the Buccaneers.

Bears RB D'Andre Swift (groin) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Packers. He was added to the injury report on Wednesday but was able to get in a limited practice on Thursday. We're expecting Swift to play but will look for further updates on his status and get Chicago's inactives a little before 7 pm ET on Saturday.

Bears WRs Rome Odunze (foot) and Luther Burden (ankle) are out for Saturday's game vs. the Packers. Neither guy practiced all week. That strips QB Caleb Williams of two of his top targets and leaves D.J. Moore and Olamide Zaccheaus as Chicago's top two WRs. TE Colston Loveland is also a candidate for more work in the passing game. We've had Odunze and Burden projected out all week, so there are no changes to the Week 16 rankings.

Texans RB Woody Marks (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. HC Demeco Ryans said Marks could have re-entered last week's game, so we're still tentatively expecting the rookie to play vs. the Raiders on Sunday. But we'll keep you posted on his status over the next few days. RB Nick Chubb (ribs) was limited on Wednesday.

Raiders QB Geno Smith (shoulder, back) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. He should be back under center this weekend but isn't a fantasy option in any format against Houston's top-ranked QB defense. The Raiders are implied for a pathetic 11.75 points.

Broncos RB R.J. Harvey (ribs) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. He exited in the fourth quarter of last week's win over the Packers but is set to play vs. the Jaguars on Sunday. Harvey ranks 11th among RBs in PPR points per game over the last three weeks and is a rock-solid RB2 play in Week 16 fantasy lineups.

Broncos WR Pat Bryant (hamstring) was a full-go in Wednesday's practice. That puts him on track to return for this weekend's game vs. the Jaguars. Bryant had emerged as Denver's No. 2 WR before missing Week 15. His return knocks WR Troy Franklin out of Week 16 fantasy consideration.

Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) was limited in Wednesday's practice. That gives him a shot to return for this weekend's game vs. the Falcons. "Doing good," HC Jonathan Gannon said of Harrison. "He’ll be out there today. We’ll see how the week goes." Harrison would be in the WR3 mix if he plays against Atlanta -- and knock WR Michael Wilson to WR3 status. We'll keep you updated on the situation.
