Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) got in a limited practice on Wednesday. It was his first practice since being concussed on November 21. We'll see if Tillman can work his way through the protocol in time to play vs. the Chiefs on Sunday. He'll be in the WR3 mix if he does.
