Chicago Bears Fantasy Football News | Shark Bites

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Rams TE Gerald Everett (back) is questionable for this weekend’s game against the Eagles. He was a full participant in Friday’s practice, so we’re expecting him to play. Everett figures to need a Tyler Higbee injury to be a fantasy option this season.

Rams TE Gerald Everett (knee) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. That puts him on track to return for Saturday night's game against the 49ers. Tyler Higbee leads all TEs in targets, catches and yards over the last 3 weeks -- but note that Everett out-targeted Higbee 59 to 33 over the Rams' first 11 games. We'd bet on Higbee sticking as the lead TE in Week 16, but Everett's return certainly adds risk to his outlook.

The Titans have released K Cairo Santos. The move isn't surprising after Santos missed 4 FG tries in Sunday's loss to the Bills. That included misses from 33 and 36 yards out. We'll see who gets the next shot to fill in for Ryan Succop, who is on IR.

The Seahawks selected Miami RB Travis Homer in the 6th round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The 5'10, 201-pounder helped himself with a 4.48-second 40 time at the Combine, adding a 39.5-inch vertical to earn a 79th percentile SPARQ score. Homer never reached 1,000 yards across 3 college season but averaged 6.0 yards per carry for his career and caught 37 balls over the past 2 years. He offers some change-of-pace potential as a pro.
