Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.
Giants WR Darius Slayton (illness) is expected to play vs. the Commanders today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Slayton was sidelined on Thursday and Friday with this illness, which adds a bit of risk to his Week 13 fantasy outlook.
Titans K Randy Bullock (calf) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final Week 13 injury report. He’ll be back for Sunday’s game vs. the Eagles but isn’t a great play with Tennessee sporting a 20-point implied total.
Giants WR Darius Slayton (illness) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Commanders. He didn't practice on Thursday or Friday. Guys are usually able to play through illnesses, but you'll need to check back around 11:30 am ET on Sunday to make sure Slayton is active.
Giants TE Daniel Bellinger (eye) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Commanders. The rookie seemingly has a good chance to return for this one but shouldn’t be in fantasy lineups.
Giants TE Daniel Bellinger (eye) got in a limited practice on Wednesday -- his 1st since going down in Week 7. We'll see if the rookie can make it back for Sunday's game vs. the Commanders, but he shouldn't be in your Week 13 fantasy plans.
Titans K Randy Bullock (calf) has been downgraded to out for Week 12. Caleb Shudak will kick vs. Cincinnati but isn't a recommended fantasy play with Tennessee sporting a 20.75-point implied total.
Titans K Randy Bullock (calf) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Bengals. He only got in a limited practice on Thursday. Josh Lambo will kick on Sunday if Bullock can’t. Avoid this situation in Week 12 fantasy lineups.
Bills WR Isaiah McKenzie caught 6 of 10 targets for a team-high 96 yards and Buffalo's 1st TD in Sunday's win at Detroit. That's more targets than McKenzie drew in the previous 4 games combined. WR Stefon Diggs endured an inefficient day, drawing 15 targets but catching only 8. He wound up with a solid fantasy line, thanks to a late 5-yard TD catch and a 36-yarder to set up the game-winning FG. WR Gabriel Davis added 4 receptions for 38 yards among 5 targets, while TE Dawson Knox contributed just 2 catches for 17 yards (2 targets). The next 2 weeks bring the season's 1st matchup with the Patriots and then a rematch with the Jets.
Giants TE Daniel Bellinger (eye) is out for Thursday's game vs. the Cowboys. Lawrence Cager has emerged as New York's lead TE, running 38 routes and catching 2 of 3 targets for 20 yards last week.
Giants CB Adoree' Jackson suffered an MCL sprain in Sunday's loss to the Lions and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The long end of that would keep him out until the final week of the regular season. Jackson is certainly OK to drop in redraft IDP leagues.
Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson tore his right ACL in Sunday's loss to the Lions, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. That ends Robinson's rookie season and might threaten his availability for the start of the 2023 campaign. Richie James figures to step in as New York's primary slot receiver the rest of the way, but Darius Slayton will likely be the only Giants WR that's trustable in fantasy lineups.
Giants WR Darius Slayton caught 5 of 10 targets for 86 yards in Sunday's loss to the Lions. It marked his 2nd straight game of more than 80 receiving yards. Slayton looks like the de facto lead wideout for the Giants going forward, assuming Wan'Dale Robinson's knee injury is as serious as feared. We'll see what Monday brings on that front.
The Giants are concerned that WR Wan'Dale Robinson's right knee injury is serious, ESPN's Jordan Raanan hears. The rookie is set for additional testing on Monday, but it sounds like his season might be over. We should learn more tomorrow.
The normally pass-favoring Bills leaned on the running game in Sunday's win over the Browns. RB Devin Singletary led the way, with 86 yards and the team's only rushing score on 18 carries. Rookie James Cook added 86 yards on 11 carries. Nyheim Hines barely factored in again, losing 8 yards on his lone carry and watching his lone target fall incomplete. Thanksgiving Day brings a Detroit defense that entered Sunday just 27th in Football Outsiders' run-defense DVOA.
Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson hurt his knee in the 4th quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Lions and was quickly ruled out. The rookie had a big day before going down, catching 9 of 13 targets for 100 yards. We'll keep you updated on Robinson's status, but he won't be helped by the fact that the Giants play the Cowboys on Thanksgiving.
Giants DL Dexter Lawrence (back) is active for today's game against the Lions.
Giants WRs Wan’Dale Robinson (hamstring) and Kenny Golladay (hamstring) are active for today’s game vs. the Lions. Robinson got in just 2 limited practices this week, adding risk to his fantasy profile. Golladay should be nowhere near fantasy lineups.
Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Lions. He got in limited practices on Wednesday and Friday, sitting out on Thursday. HC Brian Daboll said Friday that he’s “optimistic” about Robinson’s chances of playing this weekend, but he’ll carry elevated risk in fantasy lineups. WR Kenny Golladay (hamstring) is also listed as questionable.
Giants TE Daniel Bellinger (eye) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Lions. TEs Tanner Hudson and Lawrence Cager split work last week. Avoid the situation in Week 11 fantasy lineups.
Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday. That follows a limited practice, so it looks like Robinson hurt his hamstring on Wednesday. We'll get another update on his status tomorrow, but fantasy owners who were hoping to use Robinson this week should start making other plans.
