  • E-MAIL/PASSWORD...How can I change my E-mail Address or Password?

The login for the message board is a separate login. You must register in order to have access to the Forum. After logging in to Draftsharks, select "Forum" and then click on "Register." Your User ID should NOT be your e-mail address as it is for the DS web site.

  • What does ADP stand for?

Average Draft Position... We now have on-site ADP data (under the 'Statistics' tab) that uploads directly every week from MockDraftCentral.com. ADP tells you what order the players are being drafted in, with data compiled from thousands of mock drafts.

  • As you upgrade/downgrade players through the summer, will the changes be reflected on my MVP Board?

Yes, the changes in projections automatically change your MVP Board. You'll see a green 'up' arrow or a red 'down' arrow next to the player. Note: When we make a significant adjustment to a player's projections we always announce it in a Shark Bite or an Email Update.

  • I want to change some of the Draft Sharks staff projections on my MVP Board. How do I do that?

To change projections, go to the positional boards (QB, RB, WR, TE) and click the "edit" button on the far right side of the page. Enter your own new projections and then click "update." It will re-rank the player(s) and recalculate their MVP points.

  • On the MVP Board when you check *Yes* to the "Does your league use flex players?" shouldn't you be prompted with a box that asks "How many flex players do you use?"

The actual number of flex players isn't overly important. Just make sure you include however many flex players you play in the overall RB/WR/TE total. Example: You play 2 RB/3 WR/1 TE and 1 flex which can be RB or WR. In that case, you could enter either 3 RB/3 WR/1 TE *or* 2 RB/4 WR/1 TE. It will give you the same results either way. The importance of checking the flex box is to place RB/WR/TE into one group to calculate MVP values (rather than calculating each position separately if the flex box is not checked).

  • On the MVP Board why aren't there kickers and team defenses listed?

Kickers and team defenses are not on the MVP Board because their values are very low relative to QBs, RBs, WRs, and TEs. 98% of fantasy leagues start just 1 K and 1 DEF so the demand for those positions is low - and there's always good Ks or DEFs sitting on the waiver wire.

  • My league awards .5 points per reception. How do I enter that in my MVP Board setup?

Just enter 1 point per 2 receptions.

  • What is the "Bonus" category denoted on a player's projections?

It's the number of games the QB passes for 300+ yards or the RB/WR/TE tops 100+ yards. We credit 5 points per Bonus game on our default scoring.
